I've been going to Serenity for 6 months and I love it. I usually get a pedicure and gel manicure. Which always turns out fabulous. The operators are all great and I wouldn't hesitate to see any one of them. I see Kevin he's fantastic. The atmosphere is very calming and nice. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

TITI: You and your staff are great! Always fun to come to get pampered! You are ahead of the crowd. Besides all that--everything is so , so sanitary. Love it!

Pleasant, stressless surroundings. Friendly, skilled staff. Efficient operation. TT runs a great shop. Ava is a rock star! How can you not love Serenity Nails!?

I LOVE Serenity Nails! The staff are all so nice and welcoming. The place is beautiful, clean, and nice - head and shoulders above any other salon I have been to! I have only had great experiences there. Kevin does the best "pink and white" nails I have ever had and I won't go anywhere else for them any more.

Hi TiTi: You have always been so welcoming. I see that with all your customers. You should be commended on your personal care, staff training, beautiful salon and the attention you pay to the voice of your customers. I'd like to recommend that you train some of your staff in an alternative to "no chip" manis. I have beautiful nails and they've been comprised severely as a result of this method. I've had to file them down to stubs because of the thinning out and breakage that's occurred following removal of the last ones. Thanks for your consideration. Kind regards, Jana

I came here the end of feb for my wedding party and we all had a blast and it was a very clean environment. The woman who did my mani did a great job but then I was super disappointed when it came to my pedi. The guy did a great job but then only put my feet under the dryer for less than five minutes and then he started putting my shoes on I asked to stay under the dryer because I didn't believe they were dry but he insisted that I trust him so he put my shoes on. Once I got back and took them off they had been horribly smudged on my big toes. I had to get married with that and couldn't take the pictures I wanted to take with my open toed shoes. I was very disappointed in this and had to get a pedicure on my honeymoon because I couldn't look at the smudges anymore.

This spa truly sets itself apart from all others I have been to. The staff are professional, calm, friendly, and take a vested interest in their clients. The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, organized and completely serene. For the first time ever, I communicated just once how I like my nails/toes and they look perfect. My service provider and the owner kept checking on me while I was there. I will definitely be returning!
